What are amino acids? We are talking about proteinogenic amino acids.

What are amino acids good for?

Where do we get amino acids from?

What is the mechanism? Breakdown of protein into amino acids, then synthesis of proteins? No direct reuse of proteins?

What is this about vectors and angles?

A lower (or more negative) angle value means the two foods are more different in their amino acid profile.
