Clarify priorities (e.g. bold or numbered points)
Use more language on inclusivity and not just harassment

We are updating these in the this google doc so that everyone can review and add comments there. Then we will update the wiki page.

Code of Conduct wiki has been updated with inclusivity/positivity points, updated advisors, and updated resources.
