Current onboarding page is prospective student-oriented. Need a different onboarding page.

add postdoc section with resource links (e.g. SAFS postdoc slack, OPA, etc.) to onboarding

After review, current onboarding page was mainly lab expectations and environment, so it's been renamed. Created a new page to have clearer onboarding information. Will consolidate information from old onboarding repo
