Based on @kubu4 notebook raw files are as follows:

Below is breakdown from BGI re insert and length

Based on suffix all being unique will refer to libraries based on this..

Libraries 62, 75, and 74 all have 4 files, seemingly distinguished by "L#".

What is different about these duplicate pairs?

Related - there are there any associated documentation related to contract, description of work etc?

Duplicates are simply additional lanes of same library-

Noted sequencing length provided is less than original documents
