Strandedness of BS libraries? #15

For BS analysis we need to know if libraries are "strand-specific" or not.

@kubu4 can you determine this for both projects? and update wiki accordingly?

Isn't strand specificity usually only used for RNAseq analysis?

Whole genome BS seq (sequenced by Genewiz) is not strand specific. I'll look into the MBDseq (sequence by Zymo) and verify.
