R Plotting on Raven broken #1432

All basic plotting appears to be broken on Raven. Possibly related to Circos install (which modified Freetype libraries).

I may have resolved this. My testing of basic plotting (PNGs, PDFs) using some introductory R plotting commands seems to be working again.

@sr320 - Could you please test out the MethylKit script you and @ChrisMantegna were running on Friday and see if the error is fixed with that, too?

This is the new error message, it's mad at commands that previously worked. On Friday it would unite & destrand - two things it won't do now. I did verify that MethylKit loaded correctly - it did and lines 62-63 run and create the object I need to continue. image

Hmm, I ran it without any errors:

Maybe close your project and restart your session and see if that helps.

Confirmed with @ChrisMantegna at Science Hour today that things are working.
