NCBI package.. 

Warning: Current version of client does not support full genome reports! New version of client (16.16.0) available at https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/datasets/command-line/LATEST/linux-amd64/datasets

Done. Old version has been renamed to include version number.

Current version is just datasets.
