Do you want Trinity incorporated into our existing container for use via RStudio?

I aks because Trinity now just comes as a standalone container.

If you want it as part of the RStudio container, it'll take a bit of work to figure out how to "stack" containers (this is actually on my to-do list).

no preference - for short term will just use raven

Trinity container is here: /gscratch/srlab/containers/trinityrnaseq.v2.15.2.simg

Brief usage guide is here: https://github.com/trinityrnaseq/trinityrnaseq/wiki/Trinity-in-Docker#running-trinity-using-singularity

I haven't done any playing around, so I'm not sure if you need to bind directories to the container when you execute it or not.

I'll try messing around with it when I get a chance later this week.
