Checking Psomagen Sequences - DNA Methylation (Mytilus trossulus mantle samples) #2021

Hello!

The samples are back from Psomagen and need to be checked for quality/ any sequencing errors from the company. I have scoured Sam's notebook for the process/ parameters for doing so - looks like FastQC and MultiQC should be run.

  1. Is that correct or am I missing a QC step?
  2. What would indicate a sequencer error?
