Measure sizes of oysters from resazurin assays

Please measure length and width for each oyster in photos stored at the following link:

https://github.com/RobertsLab/10K-seed-Cgigas/tree/main/notebooks/resazurin-size

The photo name contains all necessary metadata. For each photograph, please measure length and width of each oyster and include the following columns:

• Date photo was taken (in name of photo file)
• Bag number (e.g., bag 47)
• Oyster number (the number on the lid that each oyster is imaged on (e.g., 1, 2, 3)). There are 40 oysters in each photo.

There is a scale bar imaged in each photo. Note that some bags were measured more than once, so please record both the date and the bag number.
