It would be nice to make the bazelbot bazel in the language of the user's choice.
At first it could just be configured inside the .env file. Depending on the variable, we can adjust the prompt templates. It could also be possible to detect the language of the channel and translate the bazel to that language instead of generating it in that language.
Later we can make it configurable with a bot command: `!set_language
