spray_missing_accessor should be a vignette #13

this issue refers to placeholder function spray_missing_accessor() in file R/spray.R which includes, in inline comments, an extended discussion of the problems in implementing accessor functions in the package. But this material is better suited to a vignette than a documented function.

not really suitable for a vignette either, on account of the difficulty of showing output from browser()
