@miku1958 that's because your file is in a format only iPhone understand, so before transferring with Snapdrop, it converts it to a more common file (could be mp4). That's not a problem of Snapdrop, but a problem of the iPhone itself. I suggest you to first save the video to Files app (using the share button and menu), and then transfer with Snapdrop choosing files from the options. I'm not sure this can really help you, but remember that what you recorded is an iPhone internal format, so needs a file conversion, and it can take a while, specially if Dolby Vision...

But it takes a while to finish the preparation, looks like it's encoding the video? Same behavior in Safari and Chrome
