Allergies need to be either read at runtime using the front end app, or computed on recipe creatin / updating.

Maybe, rather than displaying allergies, as others do. Implement the option, to filter out recipes with certain ingredients, or replace certain ingredients with your own.

or maybe do search online database for allergies, and try to display allergies automated. But its a no go, to enter them by hand.
