Missing Kapow Data 26 to 28 September #213

We had an issue with the kapow server on 27/09/2023 We are not sure how much data has been affected yet, for different sites it could be 26 , 27 or 28 affected I am taking pdfs to try and cover the channels below AUSTRALIA-GWNP, PR16, NBN3, WINT, QTVT AUSTRIA-ORF1, ORF2, ATV, PULS4, SERVUS TV CZECH-HBO NEW ZEALAND-NZ1&NZ2 PORTUGAL-SICP&TV4P(TVI) SERBIA -PINK KIDS, PINK FAMILY, PINK 2

These were ones we were unable to recover data for when the last failure happened

Unfortunately currently we have 123 sites with missing data for either the 27th or 28th September# 69 of these are priority sites - ie used for OPR , online scheduling or manual scheduling

I have saved PDFs for a lot of our loading or manual scheduling channels and some are accessible via tvepg.eu or mi.tv - but these will have to manually filled

It might be possible that Matteo will be able to recover some more data yet. When I got the list of sites he confirmed wouldn't be salvageable I hadn't realised that so many more would actually be affected Sites with missing data from 27092023 failure.xlsx

Hi, on the weekend I recovered about 70 sites. I am now checking if there is still some site with recoverable data, but chances are low.

I checked the list and I noticed that these two were not on my radar: svt.se tvguide.vg.no They have been recovered.
