v15 Instantly crashes upon opening place, even a simple baseplate. #134

I can't open a single save file without crashing almost instantly. I see some shadows for a very brief moment before it throws the unexpected error dialog. Using win 10 pro with a gtx 1080.

Disregard, was using v13 without realizing.
