[V16] Shadow cut off near the corner of parts, even with ShadowCutoff 0 #156

ShadowCutoff is 0 (making it higher causes the shadow to disappear more)

See the corner of that regular part? The shadow is cut off near it. It returns about half a stud past it. I want the shadow to meet the corner... not appear half a stud past it.

FIB is going to become a public Studio beta in official Roblox Studio distribution in a few weeks.
