[V16] 3 bugs in one #157

Firstly...

Secondly...

If you move it to the right, you get this!

Sometimes this...

Thirdly...

This should have shadows.

And, indeed it does.

...When you move it away from the bricks a bit...

I think this is #156 as well.

Also if you move the lantern thingy up a bit you get this too.

I recommend 0.1 stud movement snap

FIB is going to become a public Studio beta in official Roblox Studio distribution in a few weeks.

@zeux can you confirm whether this bug is still present or not?

As well as my other two issues, #156 and #158 which are not just duplicates (like everyone complaining about Lighting.Technology being missing)!
