[v12] Gross flickering #92

It seems to happen when Ambient < OutdoorAmbient, but for some reason only in play solo. As far as I can tell, nothing else seems to have an impact on it.

Also, the greater the difference is between the Ambient and OutdoorAmbient, the harsher the flickering gets.

Is this on Windows or Mac? Does it still happen with v13?

I'm assuming this is fixed in v15.

Sorry I never replied to this. For some reason GitHub never sent me an email regarding your first reply in April. Yes, it appears to be fixed in newer versions.
