Right now the default web dash has octoprint's logo, While we appreciate them and their work, we should change the logo to a Robo Logo for a "Robo Themed" default dash. We should also make room for the hostname somewhere near this logo.

We are deprecating the Robo Theme plugin and would like to preserve a few tiny features from it.
