[BUG] Site does not clear cache with new assets added #40

Please find a way to clear the cache on the client side browser on first start up

I made the CSS versioned as suggested by one of my colleagues, I also split Robo's assets into their own files and changed the names in the CSS and the LESS files to Robo Assets. These changes load all the correct assets on the users side.

If we want to update these things in the future we will have to tweak the name in order for the correct asset to appear on the webdash. I suggest using version numbers to change the name in the future.
