Missing TDP #4

I would like to request a response to this issue, as I want to post a link to the TDP on the team website

From the website, https://athome.robocup.org/committees/, it looks like @maximest-pierre was head of OC for those years. I don't know if he was actually overseeing qualifications since the website is not always 100% updated but maybe he can give feedback on who has the qualification materials from those years.
