Craft room motion sensors rule

Logic to turn on and off light based upon motion.

This is not so simple. We don't want to turn on the light if someone is sitting at the desk working. We don't want to turn off the light if someone has manually turned it on, except when away.

Turn on rules:

• If away and then motion is detected (as in entering the room)
• If away and lock is unlocked
• If home and no motion for a long time
• leave on if manually turned on

Turn off rules:

• when away, turn off the lights
• when no motion for a long time and lights are on
• leave off if manually turned off
