v2 = soldering ESP32 directly to the backside ? #3

PCB and S2_Mini are cheap, so simply solder S2_Mini to backside. The tin solder should quickly be sucked into the holes of the S2_Mini and connect to the holes of the pcb :-)

And with a heat gun, the Wemos S2 Mini should quickly drop off ?

I have reduced the footprint pad sizes of the S2Mini to 1.5 mm (like the original) to allow a track to pass in between:

There is exactly just enough space underneath for the S2Mini to go above the cc potentiometer:

The two male headers are only there to keep the S2Mini in place. They would help to solder the remaining two pin rows and then are taken out to solder the final two rows..
