Smoker - Multiple Backends

Smoker was designed from the very beginning to allow use of multiple backends, but work needs to be done to make this a reality

• [ ] Expose a --backend flag to choose backends
• [ ] Web Backend (which makes requests to servers based on an API)
• [ ] SQL Backend (which writes to a database instead of to memory)
