Add ability to associate multiple barcodes at once #7

Change confirm card to support adding multiple barcodes.

Precautions need to be taken since the barcode scanner will include an enter keystroke after each barcode. This could be harnessed to automatically add extra fields making adding barcodes as simple as scanning them all. Submitting could then be tied to a different keystroke (ctrl + enter?) and a click.
