A Vendor has the following attributes:

• Name: The business name of the vendor
• Billing Address: The billing address of the vendor
  • Nationality: The billing country of the vendor (not necessarily where manufacturing or warehouses are located)
• Georgia Tech Vendor ID: (if applicable)
• Status: One of Preferred, Approved, Unapproved, Unavailable
• Sales Contact: Contact information for the sales representative on the organization's account (if applicable)
  • Only display for Requesters
• Customer ID: For vendors that provide a customer-visible identifier (if applicable)
  • Only display to Administrators
• Web Account On File: Flag for whether we have an online account with this vendor
• Website: The web URL for purchasing products online from this vendor
• Shipping Quote Required: Whether requisitions from this vendor are required to provide a shipping quote
• Tax Exempt Status: Boolean flag to indicate whether the organization is registered as tax-exempt with this vendor
• Requisition Guidance: Notes added by Administrators regarding any special requirements for this vendor

All fields are read-only for all users except Administrators. Requesters may add new vendors, but they will be marked as Unapproved until changed by an Administrator.

This could also potentially be used for API/scraper information to improve line item accuracy.

Guidance field for Ebay, Amazon etc

Consider adding "Approved" tier for vendors that are not great but we've ordered from before and aren't super weird. Treasurer approval would be required to use an unapproved vendor.

Attributes that are available but not to the current user should be masked with "On File".
