Dribble in Sim #2287

The dribbler did not work, so added realism flag to the simulator-cli binary.

Notes for each realism tag: None - Does not seem to let you hold on to the ball, the default option Realistic - Cannot move robots in halt (or in general) RC2021 - Looks to only add the ability to hold on to the ball, this is what I switched to Friendly - Have not tested.
