Automated Ubuntu install script #78

Description

New install instructions for Ubuntu users including automated Bash script that will run required install commands (ROS2, rosdep, ect.)

Fixes issue 75

Testing Steps

Follow along with the updated Ubuntu installation instructions

Expectation: The script should run and our ROS packages should build without errors

I'm putting this in so I don't forget, but am waiting until Vishwa can test this before requesting a review :)

Closing since this is a stale PR, idea behind it is solid though. Should be built off of the new drone/rover combined folder directory before a new PR is made
