Description
This PR does the following:
Web interface that displays ROS connectivity status, controller (gamepad and joystick) input status, and GPS position on map
Robot GPS position is displayed using a red triangle, and the destination is represented as a green circle
Controller input status indicator is dynamic and changes in response to input from controllers
Fixes #80
