Fixed Web Interface Bugs #95

Description

This PR does the following:

Fixed issues with USB controller detection
Now loads documents using local file selection instead of a broken web link
Renamed map PDF for easy finding
Minor UI adjustments

Fixes #91

Looks good. Pdftron and joysticks work. Is it possible to find a higher res pdf of the area?

I'm not sure if we have a higher resolution PDF, that would be a question for @matthewhannay567. However, I don't think it would be too practical given how long PDFViewer takes to load and render the existing file.
