Good Afternoon,

I'm trying to run this on a raspberry pi and have a couple of questions. How should i connect the arm controller to the Pi? TTL or USB? I currently have it connected via usb and i am getting no output. The raspberry pi is not recognizing input ttyUSB0 in python but when i check the list of devices in the terminal the arm shows up. That is the current issue im having but i wanted to make sure i have it correctly plugged in.

Thanks

Hi, It could be connected with known issue on pi. Check this file: https://github.com/RoboLabHub/RoboDog_v2/blob/master/sources/Misc/99-usb.rules and this link: https://linux-tips.com/t/prevent-modem-manager-to-capture-usb-serial-devices/284

I may suggest first to check that there are no HW issues with board or cable. So, try to connect it to PC USB and ensure that controller board has 8.4V power (it doesn't work without external power) and with servo attached to board.
