[fixes] CMake, packages fixes and CI setup #6

Cmake files fixed:

removed unnecessary dependencies
added missing dependencies
rosdep now can install all dependencies Packages fixed:
cloud_node, cloud_nodelet renamed to play nice with Velodyne drivers

Added Travis CI support

@Tony-HIT Autoware (https://github.com/CPFL/Autoware) is using @amc-nu ' fork, but it'd be great this pull request could get merged so we can just use the upstream repository. Is there anything we can to to help getting these changes landed? Thanks.

Hi amc-nu , We update the code to be compatible with different version of the RS-LiDAR. And we suggest if it is a good time to merge the code of your pull request into the master branch?
