Can I change the default parameter settings in this way? #92

I write lidar.launch.xml file star up rslidar driver, in this file, I want to change a parameter of frame_id,Details of the file are as follows:

Can I change the default parameter settings in this way? Because I found that the driver file parses the config file directly and gets the parameters, instead of getting the parameters passed in when the node starts。 Looking forward to a reply! thanks!
