Galactic support for ubuntu18.04? #41

Firstly I would say that's a great job.

And If the project can make ros2-foxy and ros2-galactic installed in older ubuntu distos, like ubuntu18.04, it will be a breaking progress.

The Galactic packages are still experimental. But as they are based on conda-forge, they will run on basically any Linux system (as well as Windows and we're working on OSX). Let us know if you have more detailed questions.
