Removing old branches #16

There are many branches, all with unusable code (ROS). Can we delete everything except for master, devel, and replace-ros?

Replace-ROS is deprecated as well, and “devel” is not what you think it is!

I propose to keep only “master” and “development” and the other branches which have an open PR

Replace-ROS is up to date; We've used code from that branch at Bright Day. I would like to move Replace-ROS to development as soon as the linker issue with undefined reference to 'rtt::ai::io::IOManager::publishRobotCommand(proto::RobotCommand)' is fixed

Or, we could just remove the entire repository as discussed, and be done with it
