Make it more obvious that users must set lower bound of range sliders in portfolio structure configuration #46

@triceo Just tested this with Tomáš and Bára and their interaction with UI made it clear that it's really not obvious that both knobs can be moved. Their objections:

  1. there's no UI feedback when you're setting the upper bound - only lower bound is visualized by the pie chart, which gives the false impression that "nothing is happening".
  2. It might make sense to have some "default" pre-filled when "uživatelem definované" portfolio is selected, which would make it more obvious that lower knobs can be moved too.

After discussion with @triceo we agreed that the best way to make this apparent would be to use slider-based configuration for all portfolios (not just for "mnou definované") - and get rid of the static table preview for the 3 predefined ones. Changing the values from defaults in any way would auto-select "mnou definované". Explicitly selecting "Mnou definované" would not touch the selected values and would leave whatever proportions were selected previously.
