Use simple instead of range sliders to configure Portfolio Structure (#65) #66

@triceo please check Portfolio Structure in https://janhrcek.cz/natural-strategy-setup/ I took this opportunity for simplification and I removed the bar chart visualization. Instead I tried to make the rating sliders themselves look more like a bar chart.
