PermaLinks #2

This issue is to report that we need to create PermaLinks for the ROBOKOP-related URLs listed within the journal articles below. Matt Watson (RENCI) can help with this, but he prefers that folks submit a RENCI HELP desk ticket.

Please note that the PermaLinks cost money ($10/year, but for an indefinite time period), so we will need to clear any requests with Alex and Chris before moving forward.

Please also note that I do not have permission to assign anyone as owner of this issue.

Probably not, given that I recently received the following message from a publisher:
