Node selector should display NCBI taxon information. #205

This information is now present in Babel

[x] update ROBOKOP deployment to new nameres version
[x] consume taxon information

Example of new nameres response, note the taxa field: https://name-resolution-sri-dev.apps.renci.org/lookup?string=SPO11&autocomplete=true&offset=0&limit=10
