I've interacted with bindingdb before and it's a great well-structured resource. The exciting thing about it is that it seems better curated than just chembl alone and includes quantitative metrics, which could be interpreted for greater richness of predicate types between chemical and gene. Are you suggesting to add it as a knowledge source? Would be happy to help work on this.

already incorporated
bindingdb.org includes many small molecule to protein binding affinities, including things from chembl + many curated relations from literature. It does not include e.g. cellular assays.
