To support toxicity use cases, can we incorporate the GHS classification into ROBOKOP?

Initial Thoughts: 1) PubChem is massive 2) We do not have a current parser for PubChem 3) PubChem is downloadable https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/docs/downloads#section=From-the-PubChem-FTP-Site 4) Can we come up with a way to add the GHS classification as a node property? PubChem_GHS.docx

I looked into this a bit more. Not sure how useful this resource is. Seems a bit too high level to be worth the capture and processing time. Suggest leaving this ticket open, but not active.
