Predicates list seems incomplete #100

For example, for a disease-gene edge, I expect "physically_interacts_with" to be available. It is a subclass of "interacts_with", which has domain and range "named_thing".

A lot has changed with predicate lookups and the biolink model. That predicate still isn't showing up. Can you test the UI out and see if this issue needs to be addressed please?
