why so English when we can also French it? and Catalan? and German? and Swedish? and Japanese? and Spanish?

Yep, I guess I can find people for French, Catalan and Spanish versions :P

• For client-side internationalization, I have never used anything ... Possible candidates : jquery-i18n-properties (http://code.google.com/p/jquery-i18n-properties/) , i18next (http://jamuhl.github.com/i18next/) .... or a home-made solution (http://24ways.org/2007/javascript-internationalisation).

Let's start taking good habits while we still don't have too much text to translate :)

Should be just rely on the user's browser language, or allow the user to choose his language ? (web-sites that do only the former annoy me ... the latter gives us a bit more work)

Right now, will take the language of the browser (based on Accept-Language Http header). We should allow the user to override that language though ... I'll create another ticket for that.

Done with the skeletton for i18n. Now we just need to remember to externalize strings, and get people to translate those texts ....
