Use bootstrap in"less" instead of css #9

To be able to tweak the appearance more easily, we could use the "less" version of bootstrap (http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/less.html ).

We could also probably migrate the css we use to less as well.

I have it working locally, but there's a bug in the LESS compiler included in Play 2.0.1 that crashes during compilation of Bootstrap LESS 2.0.3 ... It works fine with Bootstrap 2.0.1 , but reverting to that version breaks the layout (a bit) ... To be fixed when the new version of Play is available (the fixing change is already available in the Master branch of play)
