Units Flash in Results Screen if Game Finishes While a Power is Active #1739

Describe the bug If game is finished while a player has a power active, their units on the results screen continue to flash.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Activate CO power, and win or lose a battle on the same day.
  2. see error in the results
