Sturm's Meteor Does Not Animate, Possibly Other Powers Too

Describe the bug When using either of Sturm's CO powers, the meteor never appears. I believe this issue might also affect the animation of other CO Powers.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use Sturm's COP or SCOP.
2. See error

Expected behavior Meteor sprite should appear and fall.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: [e.g. iOS]
• Version [22h2]
• Active Mods (Note: none vanilla mod problems want be investigated)
• Game Version [Beta v36, also happened in v35]

Works fine for me. My guess is that you have some animation skipping or speeding up set
