スプラッシュスクリーンでロゴの回りで回っている円の色が明るすぎてロゴが目立たないため，色を調整する。

スプラッシュスクリーンでロゴの回りで回っている円の色はORIZIN Agentのテーマカラーのため，変更はしない。
