Cannot upload binary to Nano 328 #349

I can't upload a compiled binary to the Nano 328. This works just fine with the Arduino IDE.

[Stino - Start uploading...] avrdude: can't open config file "C:/Program Files (x86)/Arduino/hardware/tools/avr/bin/avrdude.conf": No such file or directory

avrdude: error reading system wide configuration file "C:/Program Files (x86)/Arduino/hardware/tools/avr/bin/avrdude.conf"
