Board support and full library support #364

Hi! If I add a new board in the Arduino IDE, Stino doesn't recognise them. And also, if I add a library in the library folder and not in the built-in library application folder Stino doesn't recognise them. Any fix?

You can follow the dev version Stino2017.

The new version will add boards and libs from internet.
